Instructions to follow
1. Log in to your Blogger dashboard and click on "Design" or Layout.
2. Click "Edit HTML" to makes changes to the HTML code in your Blogger blog.
3. Search for <title><data:blog.pageTitle/></title> under the <head> tag. use CTRL + F
4. Highlight and replace that line of code with this one below:
<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType == "index"'> <title><data:blog.title/></title>
<b:else/>
<title><data:blog.pageName/></title>
</b:if>
5. Click "Save Template" to complete the changes and "View Blog" to see the new Blogger title tag. that's all
