Blogger blogs has no provision to add a reply to comments. you must have seen a reply button to each particular comment in WordPress blogs but to blogger, this feature is not included. In this tutorial, I will like to show you how to add this nice feature to blogger comments and make the comments box more useful and professional. Note that this trick will not work on all templates especially the third party templates. But if you are using the bloggers default template then there is no cause to worry. if it doesn't work for you then i suggest you just have to wait for this feature will soon be launched by the blogger team.

 

First you need to know your blogID. 

Go to Blogger dashboard, click on Design then at the address bar you will see the last numbers after blogID. copy the numbers and paste it in a notepad and save. that is your blogID eg

Add reply/reply button to Blogger Comments codes

These are the codes that will enable Reply to show on blogger comment. read this post meticulously and pay attention. in this tutorials, you will have to choose whether to add Reply or just a button indicating reply or a customized Reply image. The following code is for the reply so copy this code

Now replace the text in red YOUR BLOG ID HERE with your blogID as mentioned above. Then the other text in red [Reply] if you use the above code, you will see a click able [Reply] link on your blogger commentators. So now instead of using click able link as reply, you can rather use one of the Add Reply button of your choice provided below. so you have to replace the [Reply] text with the following codes. choose one of the buttons you like and copy the code

 Are you Ready with your Edited reply code to add on your blogger comment?

If yes, follow the steps below to add the codes to your blogger

Sign in to your blogger dashboard, click on Design, Click on Edit HTML Don’t forget to backup your templates tick the Expand Widget Templates and find the following code in your template using CTRL+F

Just below this code paste the add reply button code and preview your blog. If done, save it. This reply button will show at the footer position for every users comments. 

But if you want the reply comment button to show at the adjacent or right top position of every users then you just need to paste the add reply button code below

Instead of the one mention before. and then save your templates.
Check your blog comments, you should be able to see the new development.
