On 31st of August, 2011 Google announced the change in signing up process for its Adsense publishers program. Application for Google Adsense is no longer simple and straight forward as before. applications has to be reviewed by Google employees before they are finally accepted and approved. this process was done simply to fight against fraudulent clicks and online scraper sites. the quality of  the applicant's website is now required for Adsense account creation and the sign up procedure is now done in two ways as follows.

Sign up for Adsense => Account reviewed and passed on first stage => Implement ads => Account reviewed again and finally accepted.

Applicants now has to pass two step activation procedure which will be explain below

Step 1.

Applicant have to submit an application by signing up which is the same as before and the application will be reviewed by Adsense Team. They will do a preliminary check on the applicant's website and information submitted in the application. For all the application which passes this first stage, they will be granted access to Adsense account and codes will be provided to be placed on submitted site during the application. This is not final approval note that.

Step 2.

Applicant is required to integrate Adsense code to their site after taking first review of the application. the Adsense code will be a normal code which will remain unchanged after approval of the adsense account if they do so. the code will match the theme of the site.

Google media partner bot will have to access the pages where adsense codes are inserted. after confirming that ads has been placed on the site then a final decision will be taken whether to approve the account or not.
